Commission-Based Recruiter mwd

Uvvo is actively seeking proactive and motivated individuals to join our team as CommissionBased Recruiters. This position focuses on sourcing and connecting skilled Ukrainian refugees with employment opportunities across various industries in Europe.

Tasks

• Searching for and attracting potential candidates primarily among Ukrainian refugees in Germany for employment in Germany.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates through various channels.
• Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates in Russian or Ukrainian to understand their skills experience and aspirations.
• Collaborating with the Uvvo team to match candidate qualifications with available vacancies.
• Supporting candidates at all stages of the employment process for a smooth transition to the workplace.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in recruiting personnel selection or related fields is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Capability to establish and maintain business contacts.
• Empathy and sensitivity to the difficulties faced by refugees in job searching.
• Knowledge of various recruiting tools including job search platforms and social networks.
