Full Stack Engineer

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team in Iasi.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and implement new features and enhancements for our software applications.
  
• Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of our software solutions.
  
• Create responsive and userfriendly web interfaces using HTML CSS and JavaScript frameworks.
  
• Design and implement serverside logic and APIs for seamless data exchange and functionality.
  
• Work on database design optimization and management to ensure data integrity and performance.
  
• Conduct code reviews provide constructive feedback and adhere to best practices for maintaining code quality and consistency.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software functionality and performance.
  
• Research and explore new technologies and techniques to improve software efficiency and usability.
  
• Optimize software for performance scalability and resource usage.
  
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure software quality through testing and debugging.
  
• Document technical designs specifications and implementation details for reference and knowledge sharing.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related fields.
  
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in fullstack development.
  
• Proficiency in a range of programming languages and frameworks for both frontend and backend development.
  
• Solid understanding of web development principles design patterns and best practices.
  
• Experience with database management and SQL.
  
• Proficiency in collaborating with crossfunctional teams and working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  
• Passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices.
