Cleaning Validation Engineer

• Write and execute cleaning protocols for requalification new products and process improvement.
  
• Analyze the efficiency of cleaning procedures and identify areas for improvement. Provide technical expertise and guidance in process improvements when needed.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to establish cleaning validation strategies and ensure alignment with overall quality objectives protocol development validation activities and minimize disruption to production schedules.
  
• Maintain accurate and uptodate cleaning validation documentation including protocols reports and standard operating procedures (SOPs) etc.
  
• Ensure all documentation is in compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
  
• Conduct risk assessments to identify critical cleaning parameters and potential contaminants.
  
• Drive the resolution/closure of all deviations and investigationsimplementing corrective and preventive action.
  
• Swabbing for microbial residue after cleaning runs on manufacturing equipment may be required from time to time.
  
• Additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in related engineering discipline.
  
• Minimum of 4 years of cleaning validation experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
  
• Experienced in requalification processes and execution.
  
• Experienced in risk assessment and implementing process improvement.
  
• Knowledge of new product introduction.
  
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  
• Detailoriented with a focus on maintaining highquality standards.
