UI UX Designer

We are looking to hire a UI/UX Designer to lay hands at our amazing Reactive Platform.

Your tasks and challenges

• You take the ownership of the areas of UI / UX of our Apps & Web Instances.
  
• You will design UI components that are not only functional accessible and intuitive but aligned with our brand and target group.
  
• You collaborate with product owners and the development team to craft clear concise UI design which creates a lovable holistic experience.
  
• You will be creating high fidelity prototypes to communicate interactions.
  
• You will test and improve the design and user experience of our products.
  
• You will take significant part in the UAT of our products.
  

Requirements

Work Experience & KnowHow / Personality:

Minimum of 1 year(s) of experience as a UX/UI designer.

• A general understanding of code (HTML5 CSS and JS) and digital marketing that helps you communicate with our developers is a big plus.
  
• You possess a huge passion for graphic and App Designs
  
• You are experienced in designing successfully as well as humancentered in a software product environment
  
• You know about building UI and designing for multiple platforms like Android iOS Web
  
• You know about user flows and journeys
  
• You are experienced in using Figma
  
• You are openminded to innovations and can kill your darlings
  
• You have a proven ability to work autonomously and stay selfmotivated
  
• You own a strong belief in the value of teamwork
  
• You are a curious continuous learner
  
• You have a proven portfolio that demonstrates all of the above.
  

Education

University degree in User Experience Design Interaction Design User Interface Design or comparable

Language Skills

• English (Mandatory)
