Job Summary

• Reliability and ESD stress execution.
• Perform lead rework and reball for RMA unit.
• Data entry for QCI system.
  

Job Responsibilities

• Perform and execute reliability test for automotive qual, package qual, device qual, ESD and evaluation.
• Set up, operates, maintains and perform basic troubleshooting of accerelated environmental test system in reliability laboratory.
• Control, maintains and update the reliability databases to ensure the data are accurate and deliver within schedule.
• Perform lead rework and BGA reball for RMA units.
• Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
  

Job Requirements

Must have:

• Diploma in Electronics/Applied Physics or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor devices.
• Reliability work experience in Package or Die level reliability for a minimum of 2 years and above in semiconductor manufacturing related company.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
  

Good To Have

• Experience in using Reliability related equipment such as CSAM, HAST, Temp Cycle, Bake Oven, Burn In Chamber, Reflow Oven and etc.
