Job Description:
As an Apprentice Floor Installer you will work alongside experienced professionals to learn the ins and outs of floor installations. This handson training program will cover various aspects of the trade providing you with valuable skills and knowledge. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are passionate about craftsmanship and eager to build a career in the flooring industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of surfaces for flooring installations.
Learn to install a variety of flooring materials including hardwood laminate vinyl and carpet.
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
Operate and maintain tools and equipment under supervision.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols on job sites.
Develop a strong understanding of flooring materials patterns and layout techniques.
Open to working some 2nd shift positions shift is determined by the job.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent not required but preferred.
No felonies or violent misdemeanors
Will be required to take a drug test after hire
Must have Drivers License and reliable transportation
No prior experience in flooring installation required; onthejob training will be provided.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
