We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Direct Sales Representative to join our team at Yeastar specializing in promoting and selling our Cloud PBX solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a deep understanding of cloudbased communication systems. Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Actively prospect acquire and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory through direct sales efforts networking and relationship building. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in Yeastar Cloud PBX solutions including features benefits and applications and effectively communicate these to potential clients. Consultative Selling: Understand customer communication needs offer tailored solutions using Yeastar Cloud PBX products and provide advice on system configurations and customizations. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Sales Planning and Reporting: Develop and execute sales plans forecast sales targets and maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools. Market Analysis: Conduct market research analyze industry trends and identify opportunities to expand Yeastar Cloud PBX market share. Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team technical support staff and management to ensure effective communication streamlined sales processes and attainment of sales goals. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with advancements in cloudbased communication technologies and solutions. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field. Proven track record in direct sales preferably in the telecommunications or cloud communication industry. Strong understanding of cloudbased PBX systems and familiarity with Yeastar products is advantageous. Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills. Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work both independently and within a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Sales and Business Development: Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and identifying potential clients in the designated territory. Conduct sales presentations to showcase Konica-Minolta products and services, emphasizing their benefits to potential customers. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups. Understand clients' business needs and tailor Konica-Minolta solutions to meet their specific requirements. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Konica-Minolta office equipment, software solutions, and services. Stay updated on product enhancements, features, and industry trends. Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Collaboration with Team: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer needs. Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes, outlining the value proposition of Konica-Minolta products and services. Sales Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress using CRM tools. Submit regular reports on sales performance and forecasts. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the office equipment industry. Strong understanding of Konica-Minolta products and solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
