Growing Restoration company has immediate position available for an Estimators in the Restoration Industry collaborate with Project Managers, Adjusters and Owners of both residential and commercial property after water damage, fire or mold issues
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact with owners, adjusters, and
- Scope development, negotiation and agreements with
- Use company standards to format
- Consistently identify potential site hazards (asbestos, lead paint, mold, )
- Apply industry TPA Program standards and ensure compliance with
- Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and
- Work under time constraints to meet specific
- Attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's property and
- Profitably scope estimates, sign projects to get
- Communicate and document any change orders and insurance
Qualifications:
- 2+ years Xactimate estimating
- Computer literate
- Must use the company Estimate Format Standards for Xactimate estimates, proposals,
- Extensive Customer Service experience, Excellent communication skills, professional deameanor and
