Your tasks

• Lab Operations: Produce mRNA as well as nanoparticle formulations for internal use as well as external partners. Perform high throughput small scale as well as large scale productions.
• Quality Control: Run quality control procedures to ensure the production of highquality mRNA products.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with the team to optimize existing mRNA production processes and contribute to the development of new protocols.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures and results.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to support various stages of mRNA production.

Your profile

• You have strong interest in mRNAbased therapies and a desire to contribute to cuttingedge research.
• You have a strong handson mentality and like to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• You have a life sciences oriented professional training (BTA CTA MTA PTA or equivalent).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• You have good written and spoken English skills.
• Its a plus if you have experience working with nucleic acids or drug delivery formulations but more importantly you are a quick in picking up on things and always willing to learn something new.
