Researching and developing new customers
Developing existing customer relationships.
Managing customer sales including delivery timing cost and quality issues by maintaining and developing customer confidence.
Ongoing analysis of customer requirements to develop these accounts
Proactively working with the Operational teams to ensure SLAs are met and exceeded.
Significant experience within a buying and selling function
Exposure to selling as part of a wholesale and retail environment beneficial but not essential
Have a proven track record of delivering to a sales margin and stock budget
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information and deliver effectively across all levels of a business
Strong attention to detail sense of urgency and adaptability under pressure
Positive mind set and cando attitude; Reactive and customerfocused with finger on the pulse of current trends
Ability to work independently or as part of a group to prioritise multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines with a high level of personal organisation
An understanding of the life cycle of a product in a seasonally reactive business.
Sound numeracy and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
Genuine desire to provide great service
Desire to be in a sales role/environment
Highly motivated ambitious and confident.
An outgoing personality tenacious attitude and good listening skills.
Fully conversant with Microsoft Windows and Office products including Excel.
