Night Supervisor - Bilingual Spanish

• Manage and supervise night shift operations in various commercial venues.
  
• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with contractors ensuring highquality service delivery.
  
• Oversee the recruitment training and development of contractors.
  
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections of the cleaning services provided.
  
• Address and resolve any complaints or issues that arise during the night shift.
  
• Foster a positive solutionsfocused work environment.
  

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (required).
  
• Proven experience in janitorial services (commercial buildings restaurants etc.).
  
• Demonstrable management experience.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work during night shifts and afterhours as needed.
  
• Valid drivers license with a willingness to travel around the DFW metroplex.
  

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Experience in operations or facilities management is preferred.
  
• Familiarity with the janitorial industry.
  
• Proficiency in AirTable and other software applications is advantageous.
