We re currently looking for qualified modelers/drafters! In this position you will be responsible for creating highly detailed and coordinated models for architectural and structural components. You will work with a gamechanging team and crosstrain throughout all disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model & integrate product disciplines using Revit
- Model & integrate families using Revit
- Review PDF s and update BIM Model accordingly using Bluebeam
- Review PDF s and markup inconsistencies using Bluebeam
- Report clashes and issues to the integration team project coordinators and project design leads
- Document shop drawings using Revit
- Draft and detail assemblies using Revit
- Develop schedules line diagrams and legends in Revit
Requirements
- AAS Degree in drafting technology or equivalent
- Proficient in Revit modeling is a must minimum 2 years experience
- Reading and understanding construction documents is required
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Accountable and proactive
- High level of commitment to accuracy keen eye for details
- Good people skills good attitude and the ability to work in a team setting
