Job Description

Mainly manage Secondary Reception Counter work from 7:30am5:30pm on rotating shift
Provide written translation (English/Chinese)
Support Secondary Office administration and operation
Support Events
Undertake other duties as required by the Office Manager and Secondary Leadership Team
Requirements
Degree holder or Higher Diploma/Associate Degree holder with at least 23 years of relevant experience
Has strong English Mandarin and Cantonese language skills (both verbal and written) preferred
Excellent PC skills
Able to multitask prioritise work
Logical thinker with thoughtout plan to handle adminsitration
