JOB SUMMARY

We are in need of a Real Estate Appointment Setter to join our growing team. Youll be responsible for prospecting new leads making cold calls building relationships with potential clients and improving our lead conversion rate. If youre driven to achieve love developing relationships with clients and have a strong work ethic start your application today! Great entrylevel role for real estate students or if you are interested in investing. This is a W2 role with benefits!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline.
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs.
  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met.
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region.
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Love speaking on the phoneyou will be making 100s of calls everyday
  • Superior phone etiquette and verbal communication
  • Must be outgoing people oriented persuasive
  • Track record of success in sales
