Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership Lead mentor and nurture the VIP PVIP and Reactivation teams to foster excellence and collaboration
Training and Development Design and implement training programs to enhance team skills and customer service
VIP Program Management Develop and execute strategies to attract retain and reactivate VIP customers optimizing their experiences
Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers addressing their needs and concerns
Reporting and Analysis Monitor KPIs utilize datadriven insights and manage budgets for effective VIP operations

Qualifications

Proven iGaming industry experience in VIP management
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Strong data analysis capabilities
Resultsdriven with problemsolving skills
