Education and training:
You must have professional training in the culinary arts or a bachelor's degree in food arts or a related field. Professional culinary certifications such as the Culinary Arts Degree may be an advantage.
Experience:
It is preferable to have previous culinary experience in hotel or restaurant kitchens. Experience preparing diverse and creative foods will be an added advantage.
Culinary skills:
You must have strong cooking skills and the ability to prepare foods professionally and with high quality.
