Responsibilities:

1. Test Automation:

   • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java for Medical Device software products.
   • Leverage Katalon Studio for test automation to enhance test coverage and efficiency.

2. Test Planning and Strategy:

   • Collaborate with the QA team to create and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies for Medical Device software applications.
   • Ensure the tests are designed to validate compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.

3. Regression Testing:

   • Perform regression testing to identify and address any potential issues with software updates and changes.
   • Automate regression test suites for efficiency and accuracy.

4. Defect Management:

   • Document and track software defects and issues, and work closely with the development team to facilitate their resolution.

5. Test Reporting:

   • Generate and maintain test reports and provide regular updates on the test status and progress.
   • Communicate effectively with the project team regarding testing results and issues.

6. Compliance and Documentation:

   • Ensure that testing activities are aligned with Medical Device industry standards and regulations.
   • Maintain documentation related to test cases, scripts, and test results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Automation Test Engineer, with a focus on Selenium Java automation.
• Strong expertise in Katalon Studio is essential.
• Knowledge of Medical Device industry regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with software development and testing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Relevant certifications in software testing or test automation are a plus.
