In this role you will:

The Finance Systems Director provides vision and leadership to the Global Finance Team. This role is responsible for the delivery of the ERP project as well as support, maintenance, and enhancements to the system.

The Finance Systems Director will work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of internal teams and external vendors to implement the project throughout the organization, ensuring on-time delivery in a cost-effective way. In addition to managing a team, this position will also require flexibility for travel to ensure effective and efficient project delivery.

Key responsibilities:

Personal

• Support projects of critical importance such as Wave 2 and other roadmap milestones; provide leadership and guidance to global project teams for planning, building, and delivery.
• Coordinate the AMS (Application Maintenance Service) with the System Integrator.
• Advise and provide recommendations to C-level decision makers regarding SAP standards.
• Initiate activities to improve quality and delivery speed across the organization.
• Maintain and use contacts throughout the company, industry, and other professional organizations to improve the ERP for Webbeds.
• Define and track support metrics, including KPI s and dashboards.
• Oversee the functional delivery and overall support of ERP including resource management.
• Actively participate in Major Incident Management (MIM) with the Application Management Service.
• Control and execute the required SAP Upgrades.
• Manage and control the IT Finance budget from an Opex and Capex perspective providing monthly reports and KPIs.
• Manage the relationship with System Integrator regarding Projects, CRs, and AMS.
  
• Prioritize the demand with all involved GPOs.

Team

• Manage and develop a global team of highly skilled IT Finance Business Analysts, including setting annual performance goals, developing career plans, and ensuring the team is highly motivated.
• Become a functional authority within the organization and serve as mentor to the team.
• Lead, debate, and communicate with key decision makers internally and externally.
• Exercise latitude in determining approaches to critical assignments; work on issues that impact future strategic needs and technology.
• Manage a team of Business Analysts in charge of documenting the end-to-end process.

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience acceptable.
• Minimum of 5+ years of SAP Project Execution / management experience.
• 5+ years directly leading global SAP resources.
• Demonstrated experience with project management/Agile delivery / ITIL in a regulated environment.
• Expertise in software delivery best practices.
• Experience with implementing Dashboards, KPI implementation to report out on support activities.
• Experience in working with multiple vendors to fulfill resourcing needs.
• Tool & Technology Skills.
• S4 Hana implementation experience.
• Agile DevOps experience.
• Ability to set expectations, explain, and champion detailed technical concepts to peers, management, and business partners.
• Ability to translate details into specific tasks needed to accomplish a goal or solve a problem.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate information to both technical and non-technical staff and management.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving complex environment.
• Proven ability to navigate the technology environment and work effectively with multiple groups around the globe.
• Strong negotiation/persuasion and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate and manage in a matrix organization with multiple business partners and IT colleagues on a remote basis.
• Must have the drive to question the status quo.
