Summary:
Our exclusive not-for-profit partner is seeking (2) Community Outreach Specialists to start ASAP at their Brooklyn, NY location. This is a full-time/permanent position. This is a mix of marketing and recruitment role.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Case Managers and Supervisors
- Participate in team meetings to review foster home issues
- Develop foster care training programs
- Consult with caseworkers regarding foster home issues
- Coordinate special events, such as dinners
- Participate in conferences
- Recruit and license foster homes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services
- MUST BE Bilingual Spanish
