National Service Manager

What we are looking for:

The National Service Manager will train, develop and manage service teams for Laundrylux Distribution, LLC which distribute Electrolux, Wascomat, Encore, Milnor, Chicago, and Maytag branded laundry equipment within a defined sales and service territory

Back to the role:

What you will do:

  • Meet (and exceed) service department profit and margin objectives
  • Develop a thoughtful 2-year service development plan, including a hiring plan for additional technicians that would be developed and managed by you.
  • Develop primary van stock parts to support in-field service technicians.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the service dispatch system.
  • Work closely with individual distributor operations and sales teams to identify ways to improve support.
  • Support professionalizing the company s business processes in order to successfully implement the business plan.
  • Plan, schedule in advance with the sales team to support in trade shows and sales events in the defined territory.
  • Develop service budgets and compensation plans for each individual LLD.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop print, digital and social media service strategy to grow service business.
  • Perform other duties/projects assigned


    What you should have:

    • 10+ years of relevant technical experience
    • Experience with Epicor or another ERP systems a plus
    • Team player with a good attitude
    • Time management skills
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel including pivot tables and vlookup

    Salary:

    $115,000-$125,000 plus bonus
