SUMMARY
You will be the Head Coach of this team. This person is responsible for the overall success of the hotel, meeting or exceeding planned objectives for revenue and profit, and ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met.
Starting Salary range is $55,000-$65,000 year plus Bonus and Benefits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive the Guest Service culture at the Hotel.
Empower your team to embrace the guest service standards of the organization.
Be the sales champion at the property.
Through accurate forecasting drive optimal profit margins.
Stay up to date on market conditions and implement strategies based on changes.
Identify and source talent to maintain optimal service levels.
Drive performance through culture.
Ensure that the condition of the property is well maintained and worthy of superior QA results.
Promote a safe and healthy environment for guests and co-workers alike.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
3+ year’s hotel management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1+ year's Marriott hotel brand management experience.
May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
