Job Description

Assist the Site Manager and/or Task Orders Manager in the daily operations of the assigned site; Serves as the main point of protection for the site in the absence of the site manager Provides supervision of assigned sites to operations staff. Ensures that all CDRL reporting requirements are met within established timelines Provides leadership, counseling and mentoring to all assigned staff, creates development opportunities for junior leaders and fosters a culture of continuous teamwork throughout the organisation. For his/her assigned site/area, ensures that organizational goals are aligned with those of Vectrus Performs other duties as assigned.
