Identify and analyze the requirements of the O&M Contract. Manage the Preparation of the O&M Plan in accordance with the Contractual Scope of the Plant O&M works (planning of scheduled shutdowns, preventive maintenance, etc.). Review and/or prepare the O&M work program, defining the necessary operations and maintenance requirements of the different Systems and Equipment. Establish the Work Procedures for the O&M Phase. In coordination with the Director of O&M (Functional Level), consolidate the Organizational Chart of the O&M Team in Plant. Ensure that the specific functions and responsibilities and the Resource Calendar necessary to carry out the activities associated with the O&M Contract are covered.
