Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting for a SalesExecutive for their hospitality client based in Galway ( Hybrid)

The successful candidate would be responsible for coordinating and managing corporate bookings and events for their popular bar & restaurant , located in the heart of Galway City The position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales Assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales Achieves personal sales

Main responsibilities include;

Developing and Building Successful Relationships to Generate Sales Opportunities

Works collaboratively with external sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and not

Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future

Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales

Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external

Provides accurate, complete and effective turnover to Event



Managing Sales Activities
  • Developing & Handling booking enquiries via e-mail and telephone in a timely, efficient
  • Meeting potential clients, and performing onsite
  • Assisting and managing the availability and co-ordination of the venues function
  • Generating sales, delivering high level of service in all
  • Upselling every department, as well as looking for new business opportunities through cold calling, telephone sales, mail shots, and other
  • Promote the venue actively in order to maximise sales Keep abreast of and familiar with industry trends both locally and globally in order to improve our product and service while maintaining our cutting-edge
  • Liaising with Head Office Management and Bar Management


Using Knowledge of Market Trends and Target Customer Information to Maximize Revenue

Identifies new business to achieve personal and location revenue

Understands the overall market - competitors strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand and knows how to sell against

Closes the best opportunities for the location based on market conditions and location

Gains understanding of the location s primary target customer and service expectations; serves the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer better business


Providing Exceptional Customer Service

Supports the company s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer

Services our customers in order to grow revenue

Executes and supports the company s customer service

Provides excellent customer service consistent with the daily service basics of the

Sets a positive example for guest

Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service
