Urgent hiring- Pharmaceutical Industry

Designation- Regional Business Manager

Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Required Qualification: Graduate in any sense with relevant experience (Cardio Diabetic)

Any Restricted Criteria: 4-5 years of staff management experience in cardio-diabetic pharmaceutical product sales, with skill of leadership who can manage the managers

Other Benefits Monthly Expense reimbursements, Traveling allowances, Daily allowances, CUG plan, Internet dongle, Long term service bonus, performances awards / rewards other than

Industry Preference: We prefer only Pharmaceutical Industry and required the person who has cardio diabetic experience

Experience: 3 to 5 years experience in cardio-diabetic division

Travel or any other details

It s a Field work job and Candidate have to travel anytime and anywhere in Gujarat

Job Description:

  1. Manage a team of Business Managers and their sales team to ensure sales growth and revenue generation and enhancement from the assigned areas and
  2. Reaching the set targets and goals product wise and value wise for all reporting Business Managers and their Territory
  3. Field working with subordinates for customer visits and ensuring perfect implementation of company designed
  4. Utilizing assigned and available resources to generate, maintain and grow sales volumes year on
  5. Responsible for
  6. Motivation to the Business Managers and Territory Managers for being charged up and improving themselves on sales and other parameters
  7. Managing performance appraisals for all Business Managers and Territory Managers in coordination with HR
  8. Supervising the engagement activities planned and executed by the Business Managers and their sales team and taking follow ups from the team to ensure the desired results of the
  9. Rapport building with key customers to improve sales volumes
  10. Planning for sales numbers for the team and getting them achieved from the team
  11. Ensuring timely reporting from the team for all Looking after inventory management for whole region, Business Manager wise and Territory Manager
