Position Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead/Business Analyst with expertise in the Auto/Commercial Auto Insurance domain to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SAAS platforms and experience working in the insurance industry.
- The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements identifying and recommending solutions and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to implement changes.
Skills Required:
- Strong P&C (Auto/Commercial Auto) Insurance domain
- Analyze business requirements related to Auto/Commercial Auto Insurance domain and recommend solutions to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and prioritize requirements and ensure solutions are aligned with overall business strategy.
- Participate in requirements gathering design and testing phases of the software development life cycle.
- Develop detailed business requirements documentation use cases user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews workshops and focus groups to gather requirements and feedback.
Skills Preferred:
Good Knowledge of
- Policy administration
- Claims management
- Customer billing
- Agency/Customer Portal
- Data and Reporting Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assist in the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business and technical requirements.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize workflows
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience working in Property and Casualty (P&C) personal lines commercial lines or specialty lines.
- Experience working as Integration / Data reporting business analyst
Experience Preferred:
- Experience working in Agile methodology and running the scrum ceremonies building the backlog conducting sprint planning sessions
- Understanding of GCP services API interfaces and interaction CICD pipeline is preferred.
- Knowledge of User interface tools like AEM is preferred.
Education Required:
- Bachelors degree with at least 8 yrs of experience associate in insurance (AINS) and Associate in claims(AIC) Associate in Underwriting
