Customer Relationship Officer pada dan merupakan salah satu pihak terdepan dari organisasi yang mewakili Perusahaan untuk:
- Menghasilkan penjualan;
- Mengembangkan bisnis Perusahaan;
- Membangun dan menciptakan hubungan jangka panjang serta berkesinambungan dengan Pelanggan (baik Pelanggan loyal, lama ataupun baru dari Perusahaan).
Kualifikasi :
- Cakap dalam berkomunikasi
- Mampu berpikir Kritis dan melakukan pendekatan analisis terhadap masalah
- Teamwork
