The tasting menus offer modern interpretations of Hungarian favorites, withsome ambitious flavor combinations and the occasional Asian

The Dishes include International, European, Hungarian, Japanese Fusion Cuisine
Requirements
We are looking for a Development Sous Chef to join the team as soon as possible and step up the game in introducing new dishes, Ingredients and Menu ideas
The ideal candidate
- Must have Michelin star Restaurant experience
- Modern European cuisine
- Asian cuisine knowledge is a plus
- Dynamic personality
- Creative and Innovative
- Team player
- over 5* years experience
- Ready to start ASAP
- Commit for at least 1 Year contract
- Eligible to work in Europe ( NO VISA SPONSORSHIP )
Benefits
Between 3,000 to 4,000 EURO/NET per month with Accommodation
