Urgent requirement ofProgram Manager And Change Manager/Communication Manager - Contract - Canberra
Requirements
- Programme Manager: Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in programme management, preferably under the Managing Successful Programmes methodology
- Experience working with multiple project managers and managing project interdependencies, risks and issues
- Strong ability to collaborate with a diverse range of colleagues and stakeholders, including technicians
- Change Manager/Communication Manager: Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in change management and communications
- Experience leading the development of Change management and communications plans and products to support the delivery of Government priorities
- Strong personal drive and commitment to delivering quality outcomes and motivated to continually identify new solutions
- Very Good Communication Skills
Desirable:
- Change Manager/Communication Manager: Change management and communication experience in a law enforcement or national security context is desirable but not essential
Duration: 12Monthsand possible extension
Eligibility:Baseline Holders OR Ability to obtain Baseline Clearance
Demonstrated experience in managing ICT projects using formal project management methodologies ( Waterfall or Agile) and/or demonstrated experience in managing large and complex IT infrastructure and cloud projects Proven experience in managing multiple tasks to challenging deadlines and adapt to changing priorities Ability to manage budget, resources, and risk to ensure the successful outcomes of projects Demonstrated experience and skills with engaging and managing ICT vendors, including approach to markets, evaluation, and delivery management Very Good Communication Skills Desirable: Project management qualifications, with a sound knowledge of techniques for establishing, planning, monitoring, and controlling major ICT projects A sound understanding of both project management methodologies (Waterfall, PMBOK) and agile frameworks (Scrum) for delivery of ICT projects Duration: 8 Months and possible extension Eligibility: Baseline Holders OR Ability to obtain Baseline Clearance
