Responsibilities:
• Coordination with client, vendors, offshore / onsite team
• Daily-Weekly-Monthly-Quarterly project reviews with customer & internal management
• Team management (Hiring, PIP, Reviews and conflict, escalation, training needs and overall management)
• Ability to manage geographically spread technical teams
• Hands on experience on process, and people management
• Handling quality process, budget preparation and schedule tracking
• Managing and enabling cross functional interactions
• Road Map development and planning
