Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
Update and maintain general ledger
Balance accounts by reconciling entries
Analyze financial data and produce financial reports
Process employee payroll in a timely manner
Calculate and prepare tax returns
File tax reports
Assist with budget preparation
Ensure prompt collection of receivables
Produce monthly financial summaries and reports
Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements
Follow accounting policies and procedures
Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
Perform other personal bookkeeping services
