Job Description

#OfficeAdministrator
Our client Renovation company is looking for an experienced Office Administrator.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain our accounting system using QuickBooks
Provide excellent customer service via phone email and inperson
Demonstrate general knowledge of the renovation industry and our companys services
Organize and maintain office files both physical and digital
Coordinate email communications ensuring timely responses and followups
Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless office operations
Requirements:
Proficiency in #QuickBooks
Excellent customer service skills
General knowledge of the renovation industry
Organizational and time management skills
Strong email communication skills
Proficient in English (written and spoken)
Fluent in either #Ukrainian or #Russian (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of experience in an administrative role
Familiarity with construction industry software and systems
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
