Warranty and Maintenance Engineer - International projects

Fundamental roles and responsibilities which are inherent to the position:

Engineer required to act as maintenance engineer for the rolling stock depot. Tasks will include:

• Assist the depot manager in meeting the contractual objectives and the internal objectives of the project.

• Define the different activities and identify the main objectives to guarantee the correct operation, the reliability, the maintenance, and the availability of the trains. Planning and monitoring of the corrective and preventive programmes.

• Plan and manage all the resources needed for the correct fulfilment of the guarantee. Organisation of all rolling stock maintenance activities as well as maintenance of depot equipment. Overview of materials purchasing, quality control, reliability and availability performance, depot safety.

• Define material and tool needs for the maintenance and warranty of the rolling stock;

• Analysis of service breakdowns and incidents. Creation of technical documentation (Warranty and maintenance Reports).

• Leading teams to maintain the rolling stock. Manage and organize the technicians and the personnel under him/her.

• Work according to CAFs procedures
