Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Dublin 1 (Hybrid 50%/50%)
Contract / Permanent: Permanent with Test Triangle, Stamp 1G to CSWP possible. If contract Min 12 months with further extension.
Start date: Jan-30- 2023 or as soon as possible after
Experience Level Required:
It is a mandatory requirement, that the Resource proposed has the equivalent of 4-6 years recent Business Analysis Experience.
Key Deliverable:
Description of the project deliverables the successful candidate will be expected to produce.
Co-ordinating responses from Vendors and setting up review workshops with the team.
Evaluate and score responses for governance related aspects of the tender responses.
Lead the Communications and Governance Work stream.
Draft Paper for input to the Governance and Approval committees.
Support PM in finalising governance papers.
Work with Legal and procurement to ensure their input advice ins included in all proposal papers.
Documented procedures and related training materials, including process flows for the managed services contract.
Work with Technology. Security and operations teams to ensure their process and procedures have been updated.
Key Experience/Competencies/Skillsets: The ideal candidates will have worked on a number of large and complex Projects in a Business Analyst role.
As experienced Professionals, they will understand the importance and relevance of each aspect of Project Delivery and Business Analysis
They should:
have a broad experience of business analysis techniques particularly requirements elicitation and management, and business process analysis and modelling
have extensive experience in facilitating workshops, including experience with running virtual and hybrid workshops with multiple diverse stakeholders.
have extensive experience of stakeholder management, including managing challenging stakeholders.
be a decisive organized self-starter with the ability to work and deliver to fixed timelines
be proactive, forward looking with an ability to plan their work, estimate their activities and deliver on commitments
be comfortable working within a team environment and be capable of quickly fitting in to a new organization and adapting to inflight projects
have experience with public procurement tendering processes
Preference is for a candidate that has
Worked on projects delivering public procurement tenders
Experience of working on infrastructure projects.
