Job Description

Position Task and Responsabilities

  • Define product events such as new versions launching, model year change, suggested price increases in the market as well as vehicle’s offers and promotions throughout the product life cycle
  • Work closely with headquarters in order to review current model specifications and propose required changes to make the product more competitive in the market; accomplish vehicle’s 4P´s.
  • Market analysis and segment analysis for each one of the models, defining the target customer profile, product competitiveness and main advantages versus the competition to detect market opportunities and achieve proposed segment share
  • Develop the marketing strategy for each one of the vehicles including suggested retail price, product positioning, sales volume plan, life cycle expenses
  • Continuous vehicle´s sales performance analysis including model and trim to guarantee the competitiveness without compromising vehicle´s profitability
  • Life cycle expenses management, propose the adequate commercial offer on a monthly or quarterly basis aiming to tackle market aggressiveness and achieve sales objectives
  • Manage stock levels by vehicle and sales objectives to effectively communicate with sales planning department and propose the ordering volume to achieve company’s KPIs such as segment market, sales volume, model profitability, etc.

Experiencie/Education

  • College graduate or equivalent training in Engineering, Marketing, Administration or similar.
  • Previous suggested roles: product specialist/manager, Brand manager, sales consultant or sales representative with at least 2+ years of experience in this role
