Role: SAG Support Analyst
Location: Onsite - Alpharetta, GA (Remote is also acceptable)
Client: UPS

Required skillset:
1. SAG webMethods Designer, Integration Server Administration, JDBC Adapter, MQ Adapter, , Integration Cloud, webmethods.io.API, webMethods.io.B2B

Preferred skillset:
1. Linux scripting

Summary:
1. Experience on SAG / Web methods product suite
2. Ability to resolves issues on integration system built using SAG cloud
3. Good problem solving and communication skills

Require in-depth knowledge on SAG webMethods Designer, Integration Server Administration, JDBC Adapter, MQ Adapter.
Require in-depth knowledge on Universal Messaging, Integration Cloud, webmethods.io.API, webMethods.io.B2B
Good Integration experience in Cloud to Cloud and Cloud to on-Premise (A2A, B2B, API) environment using REST, SOAP, Adapter calls.
Provide innovative solutions/frameworks to efficiently monitor multiple production servers, application errors.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills with immediate client, supervisor, and peers, presentation, organizational, and planning skills.
As a senior resource provide technical/functional consultation to customer to implement, manage, optimize solutions on webMethods platform, production applications,
business processes and to meet project objectives.
Expected to quickly learn domain/functional/technical skills and support production issues, deployments and maintenances
Candidate with web methods / SAG experience who has worked as production support analyst on integration systems.
