We are looking to hire a Delivery Manager

What you will bring

• Seasoned experience as Delivery Manager in -onsite and offshore delivery model
• Technical background and acumen to interface with development teams
• Experience in directly managing programs for Digital (Consumer Facing) or Enterprise Digital Transformation is a MUST
• Experience reporting to Leadership including CXO the plan vs performance for all projects/programs for a portfolio
• Ability to run or facilitate Steering Committee meetings or QBR reviews
• Ability to highlight KEY RISKS, ISSUES, DEPENDENCIES and ACTIONS to determine tangible outcomes and effective closure
• Well versed with leading Agile methodologies and its adoption for Digital Program execution
• Experience Conveying strategic and tactical account initiatives to associated teams and ensure alignment
• Understanding of the end-to-end User Experience and Creative Design process
• Understanding of delivering non functional requirements like Accessibility, Performance and Security/Vulnerability
• Understanding of Cloud, DevSecOps and TRUE CI/CD

What you will do

• Contribute to the presales process by providing insight
• Involve in Account opportunity assessment, emerging needs, contracting, and planning for initiation
• Ensure delivery and engineering excellence to ensure Customer Success and high CSAT's for assigned portfolio
• Establish high touch relationship with Customer Stakeholders
• Mentor, develop and orient direct reports responsibilities , KRA's and objectives
• Delivery Portfolio Performance Appraisal Management
• Manage Attrition within defined control limits
