We are looking to hire a Delivery Manager
What you will bring
- Seasoned experience as Delivery Manager in -onsite and offshore delivery model
- Technical background and acumen to interface with development teams
- Experience in directly managing programs for Digital (Consumer Facing) or Enterprise Digital Transformation is a MUST
- Experience reporting to Leadership including CXO the plan vs performance for all projects/programs for a portfolio
- Ability to run or facilitate Steering Committee meetings or QBR reviews
- Ability to highlight KEY RISKS, ISSUES, DEPENDENCIES and ACTIONS to determine tangible outcomes and effective closure
- Well versed with leading Agile methodologies and its adoption for Digital Program execution
- Experience Conveying strategic and tactical account initiatives to associated teams and ensure alignment
- Understanding of the end-to-end User Experience and Creative Design process
- Understanding of delivering non functional requirements like Accessibility, Performance and Security/Vulnerability
- Understanding of Cloud, DevSecOps and TRUE CI/CD
What you will do
- Contribute to the presales process by providing insight
- Involve in Account opportunity assessment, emerging needs, contracting, and planning for initiation
- Ensure delivery and engineering excellence to ensure Customer Success and high CSAT's for assigned portfolio
- Establish high touch relationship with Customer Stakeholders
- Mentor, develop and orient direct reports responsibilities , KRA's and objectives
- Delivery Portfolio Performance Appraisal Management
- Manage Attrition within defined control limits
