Contract to Hire position. Its remote position
Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree., equivalent industry experience may be considered
Spent 5+ years acting as an Agile Coach in a fast-paced technology-based environment.
Experience with Agile: Has deep knowledge of Agile principles and the ability to transfer that knowledge to new and evolving environments. Working knowledge of product lifecycle processes and deliverables. Must have deep knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework, Lean, and Product Development Flow principles in their enterprise context.
Experience with large-scale software delivery and/or Agile transformation at scale in large enterprise organizations.
Shows proficiency in relevant programming languages.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize and relate with those new to the Agile methodology.
Working knowledge of Application Lifecycle and Agile Management tools.
Preferred: Prefer at least one Agile certification such as CSP, PMI-ACP, or similar
Agile Coach & Mentor: Possesses strong leadership skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring others and has experience in coaching Agile.
Experience in coaching and training within the agile framework (portfolio, program, and team).
Believes in and thrives in a culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust across teams.
Experience in facilitation, training, and public speaking.
Experience in coaching and demonstrating facilitation of core agile practices including but not limited to: Kanban, Value stream mapping, Feature and story backlog prioritization and grooming, Release planning (Program Increment), Iteration/Sprint planning, Metrics (at all levels), Story distribution practices including estimation, Agile ceremonies (Scaled agile at all levels).
Scrum Master certified (CSM).
Full Time
