Ataway was founded in 2000 in Paris, France as a global IT consulting firm. Since its establishment, we have provided consulting services for global projects to companies around the world by taking advantage of the cooperation of our bases around the world.

Established in Japan in 2008, we also plan, propose, and introduce solutions that lead to business reforms to domestic and overseas companies, and global projects account for more than 70% of all projects. Business content

Senior Consultant

• Lead or support the project as a project manager, PMO, or change manager
• Appropriately manage projects from the perspective of project management and change management
• As an expert, formulate countermeasures and lead customers and members toward solutions
• If you participate in the project in the lead position, also manage team members and vendors.
• In addition, you will play a part in team management such as proposal activities and training of team members.

Consultant

• Support project management or change management under senior members

Business analyst

• Support project management or change management under senior members (mainly consultant support)

Qualification requirements

Must

• Senior Consultant
• Those who have more than 5 years of work experience as a project manager or PMO
• Those who have experience in leading projects such as package product introduction and system development
• Those who have experience in managing more than a few members in the project

Consultant

• Those who have more than 3 years of experience in project management or PMO such as introduction of packaged products and system development

Business analyst

• Those who have more than one year of working experience (preferably have some system introduction experience)
• Four-year university graduation or above

Welcome (WANT)

• Person who has work experience in consulting firm
• Those who have qualifications related to project management (PMP, etc.)
• Person who has experience of change management in projects such as introduction of packaged products and system development, and projects such as business reform
• Those who have participated in global projects and have done business using English
• Those who have business level or higher English proficiency (approximate: TOEIC 750 points or higher)
