International Sales Manager / Sales Representative

We are Australian Promotion Company. We are looking for a experienced customer-oriented candidate to join us as a Sales Assistant on an urgent basis. We are looking for the person who have the experience & who has worked with Australian Promotions companies before. you should have experience in handling shopify & other shopping platforms. you should have experience in how to increase company sales & win the customer trust. You will be responsible for assisting the customers
in selecting products and services offered by the organization. Additionally, you should be able to provide the customer with excellent customer service. We prefer the person who can speak English fluently as the communication skills needs to be excellent. Must have knowledge regarding marketing, promotions, advertising sales or business administration preferred. Assistant, you should possess an
extraordinary ability to communicate efficiently and have good organizational skills.

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
1 - Greeting the customers as and when they arrive.
2 - Understanding the customers' needs and requirements.
3 - Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
4 - Knowing in and out of the products and services offered by the company.
5 - Offering excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
6 - Keeping the store clean and tidy all the time.
7 - Describing the product benefits to the customers.
8 - Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work.
9 - Developing strategies to improve sales in an efficient manner.
10 - Schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet
or trade factor.
11 - Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
12 - Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans.
13 - Answering customer's questions in a professional manner.
14 - Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations.
15 - Also Helps in Other work arranged by the company.
16 - Work Independently & sort out the solutions.
