Job Title: Senior Associate (AU Accounting)

Job Responsibilities:
Provide bookkeeping services to key clients
Processing, recording of transactions (bank & credit card reconciliation and manual journals)
Checking of processing of junior team members
Lodgement of Client Quarterly BAS statements and Monthly Installment Activity Statements
Email management and communicating with clients and key stakeholders
Accounts Payable Management from invoices to payment processing
Accounts Receivable Management from bookkeeping to reconciliation
Payroll processing. Update of employee information, payroll preparation, super lodgment,
payslips
Month-end closing procedures and preparation of month-end reports
Assisting with any other ad-hoc tasks as identified

Job Qualifications:
CPA or Non-CPA
Has at least 1 year of Australian accounting and or tax compliance experience
Strong experience in dealing with clients in all facets bookkeeping and in particular BAS preparation and lodgments
Experienced in use of Xero Accounting Software
Strong inter-personal skills, and communication
Understands and demonstrates appropriate use of agreed processes
High level ethical and professional standards.
Have the ability to work at a fast pace and have strong adaptive skills to change.
Preferred candidate is a natural collaborator who is able to think and work in an organised, methodical manner

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid (work in D&V office is voluntary or only if the client or manager in charge requires)
