QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, w/without Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Candidates must have at least 4 to 5 years of experience as an Estate Engineer
WORK ASSIGNMENT AND SCHEDULES:
Willing to operate from Monday to Saturday (8AM to 5PM).
Willing to be assigned in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handles subdivision maintenance work (entrance gate, common facilities, road/ block grasscutting, clubhouses, and etc.)
Attend HOA related concerns and coordination (such as meetings, elections, and etc.)
Water supply operation (tank maintenance, pump/motor monitoring, complaints, water meter reading, etc.)
Electrical related works (Meralco application, temporary electrical billing/ monitoring)
PMIC/punch list (handles/supervise unit owners complaints, HDMF, assist in unit turn over/punch list)
Monitor Tank Operation.
Construction bond/gate pass (evaluates / recommends construction bond application, issues gate pass, and etc.)
Other task, as may be assigned from time to time
