Vacancy Factory HR Officer (Beverage/FMCG)

A multinational FMCG beverage company is looking to hire a Factory Human Resources Officer for its business operations in Lagos.

Location: Sagamu, Ogun state

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the HR Manager in overseeing recruitment and talent acquisition at the factory
Assist the HR Manager in the areas of personnel filing and documentation
Manual attendance and head count of factory workers
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Support in the onboarding and induction of new joiners
Assist the HR Manager in administering performance management systems and policies
Employee relations
Keep accurate records and database of outsourced staff, including liaising with service providers
Act in proxy for the HR office
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or similar courses
Professional certification in HR is an added advantage e.g. CIPMN
2+ years experience in similar position (preferably from a beverage FMCG company)
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
