Partnering - Market entry strategies - Pharmacy channel

Our Swiss client has successfully developed and marketed an innovative OTC brand portfolio. Distribution and sales is mainly organized through pharmacy and specialist channels. The time is now ready to go for international markets like EU, Asia and other. Set goal is to let a bigger consumer population profit from the high end medicinal face care products. To further support this ambitious growth strategy a proactive and experienced Manager needs to implement key initiatives and develop and adapt smart business models, with a view to develop innovative and holistic consumer propositions tailored to the needs of the individual new markets. Scope of job Identification and analysis of potential business partners Market & competition analysis, monitoring of relevant changes in the defined target markets Design of go-to-market and market development strategies Dialogue and negotiation management Pro-active management of business, contractual and legal matters at international level Preparation of business plans, budgets, calculations, reports, etc. International project management Coordination and management of multiple internal and external stakeholders Your profile Business Education with a solid grounding in marketing Several years of relevant business experience either in the OTC Personal Care industry Experienced in international business development, consulting, key accounting or similar We offer an appealing position to entrepreneurs passionate about the OTC personal care business, able to bridge the gap between different market needs so as to perform successfully. Your work is structured, as well as goal- and solution-oriented. You are capable of working both autonomously and within interdisciplinary teams including internal and external stakeholders.
