- Providing customer service support to all assigned customers in Central market through all the channels (e-mail, tickets and phone)
- Working closely with internal and external departments (partners, insurance department, sales and other Customer Service Teams)
- Recording, managing and reporting all the activities related to orders and deliveries
- Dealing with returns and complaints and implementing strategies around
