Your mission

As Business Development/Sales Manager (m/f/d) you will support our team in identifying exciting markets and winning potential customers. Make sure to establish Blickfeld as the #1 high performance solid-state LiDAR in the market!
Your tasks
- You identify new fields of application for our technology, actively approach potential customers, and discuss the solution approach with them
- You acquire initial projects in this environment and accompany them up to a successful broad implementation (rollout) of the solution
- You work with product management to define a possible solution that can be established with the customer
- You identify multipliers for this market and formulate a sales strategy for your solution
- You actively participate in the marketing of the solution and hand over the project to the sales organization in a later stage
Your profile
- You have successfully completed your studies in engineering or have a comparable technical qualification. Additional business management training is a plus.
- You have initial professional experience in business development and/or sales
- You have a high affinity for market-based topics and technology
- With your communication skills in German and English, you are not afraid to talk to potential international customers
- You are motivated to proactively develop solutions and place them on the market
- You are a team player who can also work very well independently
- You are a perfect fit for us if you already successfully implemented a business development process (e.g. scouted applications for a technology, formulated a solution, and actively sold it to customers)
