Founded in Berlin, Germany, ubitricity operates in a number of European countries, and is the largest public EV charging network in the UK with over 4,500 charge points, discreetly integrated into lampposts. In the UK, we have an ambition to install 50,000 on-street chargers by the end of 2025.

The Role
The ubitricity group head office is in Berlin, but the UK has always been a strong market for them and following on from a number of successful partnerships, they are now looking to scale their UK team by recruiting a Field Support Engineer.
Based in the London office and reporting to the Head of Operations, the objective of this role is to lead the Technical Support of the hardware infrastructure within the UK. Technologically aware and highly organised, the successful candidate will be responsible for the detail behind the functionality of installed charge points, reporting on technical faults and assisting the ubitricity Quality Manager in identifying root cause while also developing and implementing corrective and preventive measures. In addition, this role will support maintenance programmes and Field Engineer training programs.
