Essential Qualifications/Experience:
Communication: Public Speaking and Cross-Cultural Communication
Expertise: Change Management, Communications Strategy and Training Design
Technical Knowledge: Advanced User Windows (SharePoint, PPT, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, Word, Excel, Visio)
Lead the strategic communications and stakeholder engagement
Communicate transversely across a wide stakeholder matrix to ensure consistent and coherent information during times of change
Assure timely, accurate and well addressed reporting including the strategic messaging
Increase and maintain awareness of the project across all key stakeholders
Develop and maintain communication, training and support strategies to enable the successful adoption
Reshape Projects narrative and choose what to emphasize in light of Recovery path
Rebuild Projects identity, including visual elements, which support the trust in the project
Invest in relationships with Agencys leadership and Service Lines, Nations and NATO
Full Time
