We are looking for Front office executive with 1 & above years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore. and candidates need to follow up below responsibilities:
Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events.
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handling enquiries and sorting mail.
- Copying, scanning and filing documents.
- Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements.
Requirements
We highly recommend candidates who fulfill the below requirements:
- Bachelors/Master s degree in business administration or related field.
- 1+ years of front desk experience in the IT industry is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of computer software, such as word processors, spreadsheets and presentation tools.
- Should have problem solving skills.
- Knowledge on MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Required Skills (Technical Competency): Specialized or cross-functional knowledge / relevant experience required by the position/role Software (Embedded and application) design inclusive relevant standards, Testing, V&V experience on Hardware in the loop test racks Understanding of power electronics like high-capacity power supplies, converters, rectifiers, etc. Propulsion system, converters, and control theory principles, Knowledge on control theory and physics and mathematical algorithm, Knowledge on software development, testing, test environments and methods, Product Safety as per EN 50126, 50128 & 50129, Tools, viz. Doors, Dimensions, MATLAB, Simulink, C/C++, MS Office etc. Good understanding of quality assurance processes Relevant experience of Railway Sector / Automotive sector will be an added advantage
