Job Description

  • Lead and manage the development and execution of company-wide strategy and strategic alignment processes.
  • Support senior management in conceptualizing, designing and refining organizational goals and objectives.
  • Support Company’s leaders in planning and objective setting processes across departments, developments of milestones and KPIs, and establish a measurement process for tracking and analyzing these milestones and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain an engaging measurement culture to deliver sustainable high performance and outcomes.
  • Conduct and support regular strategic reviews and updates based on Company’s data.
  • Collect, organize, analyze, and report out on company-level data to track and articulate Company’s progress toward key goals, objectives and supporting initiatives.
  • Manage and improve systems for routine organizational data collection, data visualization and analytics, and strengthen data use for decision making.
  • Lead the collection and analysis of organizational data and monitor progress against organizational goals and objectives and tracking of KPIs and high-level projects and deliverables.
